Wes Flippo
Founder and CEO
Wes Flippo started his career in a boutique SEO and PPC agency, when at its peak had 100+ clients and $10M+ in revenue before being acquired. When the acquisition happened, Wes was the EVP overseeing all client services, and managing a team of 80+ digital marketers.
Over his career, he's managed global SEO and PPC programs, including for MailChimp, HP, Transunion, and more.
Wes is a data nerd at heart, with a passion for building long-term partnerships with brands who need support with all aspects of the digital funnel.

Justin Lautermilch
Partner and CMO
With 9 years of experience, Justin has worked across a couple agencies and McKinsey and Company helping drive growth for over 100 brands including icons like Toyota, Publix, Evian, Illy Caffè, Loyola Medicine, Typeform, and ASRV.
With $20M+ in personally managed spend across every platform from Meta to CTV, Justin has a depth of expertise that is not easily matched. Justin has built and managed elite performance marketing teams the last few years and is currently deep in building Martech stacks and AI agents to automate tasks.

Derek Lippke

Derek brings 15+ years of experience leading full-funnel digital strategy and managing multi-million dollar media budgets for global brands including Microsoft, AT&T, Michelin, KFC, and NBC Peacock.
His agency background spans WPP, iProspect, Havas, and Wpromote, where he led complex cross-channel programs integrating paid search and video at scale. Known for combining strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, Derek pairs high-level planning with hands-on execution and strong team mentorship.
