Oneg
Meta Ads for E-Commerce (Judaica & Specialty Gifts)
See how we took Oneg from zero ad presence to $67K+ in sales with a 588% revenue increase.
The Situation
Oneg, a specialty e-commerce brand selling Judaica products and curated gift items, had virtually no paid advertising infrastructure when we began. In 2024, the brand had spent less than $9K total on Meta Ads and generated under $10K in sales at a 1.10 ROAS, barely breaking even and with no path to scale. The account had no testing framework, no creative strategy, and no understanding of which products could profitably acquire customers through paid channels. Oneg needed a partner who could build an entire Meta Ads program from the ground up and prove that paid acquisition was a viable growth channel for their niche market.
|What We Did
Account Build & Launch Strategy
- Built the full campaign architecture from zero, including prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audience structures.
- Launched with a disciplined testing budget to identify which product categories could sustain profitable paid acquisition before committing larger spend.
Product & Creative Testing
- Ran systematic A/B tests across multiple product lines to identify winners. The "Challah Cover" test revealed the Cinnamon variant drove a 1.70 ROAS vs. just 0.30 ROAS for the Blue variant.
- Actively pruned underperforming products to preserve budget: Tea Lights (0.59 ROAS), Menorahs (0.66 ROAS), and the Conversation Set (1.37 ROAS) were all paused to focus spend on winners.
- Discovered the account's breakthrough product: Conversation Cards, which became a game-changer, generating over $41,488 in revenue at a 2.89 ROAS after launching in late October.
Campaign Consolidation & Scaling
- Consolidated fragmented ad sets and retargeting audiences into unified high-performing campaigns to exit "Limited Learning" and give Meta's algorithm sufficient data to optimize.
- Scaled monthly spend from under $750/month to $7,800+/month while maintaining or improving efficiency.
- Leveraged seasonal peaks (Hanukkah, holiday gifting) with targeted creative and increased budgets during December, the highest-performing month.
